Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

- The exchange request is submitted within the return window
- Inventory is available for the requested replacement

Duke & Dame Global reserves the right to provide store credit instead of an exchange if the requested item is unavailable.
Return Window

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

- Free from fragrance, detergent, deodorant, smoke, or pet hair
- In resalable condition

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use will not be eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final Sale items
- Clearance or promotional merchandise marked Final Sale
- Items returned without original tags
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Gift cards
- Products returned without Return Authorization

Return Authorization Process
All returns must be approved in advance.
